All reservations must be paid in full with a credit card. We accept Visa/MasterCard/and Discover card. Please ask if other payment options are required. We will try to accommodate everyone.

If reservations are canceled within 10 business days of the reserved date, there is a 100% refund. If under 10 days, you will be given a same season credit in which you may reschedule your reservation. You may only reschedule once in a paddling season.

Wolf River Paddle Sports LLC reserves the right to cancel trips due to inclement weather or hazardous water conditions. If this happens, customers will be able to reschedule their trip or get a 100% refund. Rain alone is not reason enough to cancel trips.

A liability waiver needs to be signed and dated for day of the trip. We will send you a copy of the Liability Waiver via e-mail upon request. Please go to our “Contact Us” page and under the subject write WAIVER.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We want this to be a safe adventure for everyone, children under the age of 4 is not recommended. A great rule of thumb to follow is this; If you capsize your vessel, are they going to be able to swim on their own to make it to shore or to safety?

No Alcohol, Glass Bottles, or Styrofoam Allowed.
